Change Statuses/Column Names

As a product manager, I want to change the names of the columns/statuses, so I can align them with our development process.

Minimum: Change the status names & they are reflected in the column names they correspond to.

Medium: Change status names & column names independently, and map each status to a column in a 1:1 relationship.

Ideal: Change, add, and remove status names and column names independently, and map one or more statuses to a column. Change the order of the columns.
